Supported Videos

Forma V1 focuses on common iPhone and Apple system video formats such as MOV, MP4, M4V, H.264, and HEVC. Unsupported, damaged, encrypted, DRM-protected, or legacy formats may fail to import or convert.

Where Converted Files Go

After conversion, Forma can save the output to Photos. Once saved, the file appears in the system Photos app.

Purchases

Forma provides a 3-day on-device trial from first launch. After the trial, Forma Pro is unlocked through a one-time lifetime in-app purchase handled by Apple. Forma does not use subscriptions.
