Updated 2026-10-31 · Forma 1.1
These details apply to version 1.1; check the App Store for availability.
New users claim the free three-day Universal MP4 trial through Apple in the app’s unlock screen, with no automatic charge. Existing trials keep their original end date. After expiry, purchase is required for conversion. HEVC, audio extraction and Slim Video require the Forma Lifetime one-time purchase, not a subscription. Reinstalling does not restart the trial. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account to verify the original trial claim or lifetime purchase without buying again.
If validation fails, check App Store connectivity and retry. Do not delete the app as a workaround: unsaved working files may be lost. If the secure record is unavailable, unlock the device and reopen Forma. Check the device date if a date mismatch appears.
An unavailable purchase shows reload and support options, not a success message. The US lifetime price is configured at USD 3.99. Check Apple’s purchase sheet for the final price, currency and product availability in your region.
Save video results to Photos or share to Files. Save audio through the share sheet. Check the result before deleting the original.
