Privacy Policy
Short version: Tuner Metronome does not require an account, does not track users, and does not upload microphone audio. Microphone access is used only on device for real-time pitch detection.
简要说明：本 App 不需要账号，不追踪用户，不上传麦克风音频。麦克风只用于设备本地的实时音高识别。
1. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, location, microphone recordings, or other personal identity information through the app.
本 App 不主动收集姓名、电话号码、通讯录、照片、位置信息、麦克风录音或其它个人身份信息。
2. Microphone Use
The app requests microphone access for the tuner feature. Audio is analyzed locally on your device to detect pitch and display tuning feedback. The app does not record, store, or upload microphone audio to a server.
App 申请麦克风权限是为了调音表功能。音频只在设备本地分析，用于识别音高并显示调音结果。本 App 不录制、不保存、不上传麦克风音频。
3. Local Settings
The app may store basic preferences locally on your device, such as BPM, time signature, selected click tone, selected mode, and similar practice settings. These settings are used only to keep the app convenient for your next use.
App 可能在设备本地保存基础设置，例如 BPM、拍号、音色、模式等。这些数据只用于记住用户上次的使用习惯。
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If paid access, a free trial, subscription, lifetime unlock, or restore purchases are enabled, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. The app may read purchase entitlement status from Apple to unlock paid access.
如果启用试用、订阅、一次性买断或恢复购买，支付由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不接收、不保存银行卡等支付信息。App 可能从 Apple 读取购买状态，用于判断是否解锁付费功能。
5. Advertising
The current app build does not include a third-party advertising SDK. If an ad-supported mode is added in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that release is submitted.
当前版本不包含第三方广告 SDK。如果未来加入广告支持模式，我们会在提交该版本前同步更新隐私政策和 App Store 隐私信息。
6. Analytics and Diagnostics
The current app build does not include a third-party analytics SDK. Apple may provide developers with crash or diagnostic information according to the user’s Apple device settings and Apple’s own policies.
当前版本不包含第三方统计 SDK。Apple 可能会根据用户设备设置和 Apple 自身规则向开发者提供崩溃或诊断信息。
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Microphone audio is not retained by the app. Local preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Purchase history and subscription management are handled by Apple. If you contact support by email, we may keep your message only as needed to respond and maintain support records.
麦克风音频不会被 App 保留。本地设置会保存在设备上，直到用户删除 App 或清除数据。购买历史和订阅管理由 Apple 处理。如果用户通过邮件联系我们，我们可能会保留邮件内容用于回复和支持记录。
8. Children’s Privacy
The app is a music practice tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
本 App 是音乐练习工具，不面向儿童收集个人信息。
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, data practices, purchases, ads, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
当功能、数据处理方式、购买、广告或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本隐私政策，并标明新的生效日期。
