1. Use of the App
Tuner Metronome is a music practice tool that provides metronome and tuner functions. You are responsible for using the app safely and appropriately.
本 App 是音乐练习工具，提供节拍器和调音表功能。用户应自行负责安全、合理地使用本 App。
2. Accuracy
The app is designed for everyday music practice. Results may be affected by microphone quality, device settings, background noise, instrument tone, and environment. The app is not a certified measurement instrument.
本 App 面向日常练琴使用。识别结果可能受麦克风质量、设备设置、环境噪音、乐器音色等影响。本 App 不是经认证的专业计量仪器。
3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trial
If paid access is enabled, pricing, billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and regional currency display are managed through Apple App Store. Users can manage subscriptions in their Apple ID settings. Final prices may vary by country or region and will be shown by Apple before purchase.
如果启用付费访问，价格、扣费、订阅续费、取消订阅、退款以及不同国家或地区的货币显示由 Apple App Store 处理。用户可在 Apple ID 设置中管理订阅。最终价格以 Apple 购买页面显示为准。
4. Advertising
If a free ad-supported mode is offered in a future release, ads will not be intentionally placed inside active metronome timing or active tuner detection feedback areas. Advertising behavior may also be subject to the policies of Apple and the advertising provider.
如果未来提供免费广告模式，广告不会主动放在正在运行的节拍器计时区域或调音表识别反馈核心区域。广告行为也可能受 Apple 和广告服务商规则约束。
5. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, abuse, interfere with, or attempt to bypass access controls in the app except where allowed by applicable law.
除适用法律允许外，用户不得逆向、转售、滥用、干扰本 App，或绕过访问控制。
6. Changes
We may update the app, features, pricing, access options, or these Terms. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
我们可能更新 App、功能、价格、访问方案或本条款。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。
